Hi, I'm Niloofar. I'm a UX designer and researcher based in Milan, Italy.

The question that drives my work is simple: what makes an experience joyful? I research how people feel when they use digital products, what delights them, what frustrates them, and I turn those answers into design decisions.

My process always starts with people. I listen, observe, and test before I draw a single screen. From there I move through research, wireframing, prototyping and high fidelity design, keeping the user at the centre the whole way.

When I'm not designing, you'll find me exploring new places, drinking espresso, or learning something new about design systems.
